Battle Lax Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we’ve made the return process simple. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns for new, unused products can be made within 31 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we’ve received your return.
Packaging & Shipping
Please securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include your proof of purchase. Attach the prepaid return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. If you choose to use your own label, please ensure the item is shipped via your carrier of choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom products, including stringing and personalized helmets
- Opened or used field equipment (goals, rebounders, nets, etc.)
- Team store items (all custom team orders are final sale)
- Shoes & Cleats: Must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If returned without the original box or in non-resellable condition, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund. Worn shoes, including those with visible scuff marks, dirt, or turf residue, cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the desired product.
