We pride ourselves on offering some of the quickest delivery times in lacrosse! Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to stay updated on your delivery. While we work hard to get your items to you quickly, please note that delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions are beyond our control. Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take up to 7-10 business days.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped from our North Carolina warehouse within 1-2 business days. All packages are sent via UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, but please remember that the day of purchase and day of delivery are not included in the shipping time. Overnight delivery does not apply to weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

Custom Helmets & Stringing
Custom products, like Pro Strung Heads and Helmets, require additional time for production. Custom helmets typically take 3-5 business days to complete before being shipped via the selected UPS shipping method. Production times for Pro Strung Heads may vary based on the product, with shipping taking place after the item is ready.

Additional Shipping Policies
While we aim for efficient shipping, we are not liable for delays once the package has left our warehouse. We appreciate your patience! For APO/FPO addresses, final delivery will be subject to military regulations. 🇺🇸 Thank you for your service.

Domestic Shipping
Orders for in-stock merchandise generally ship within 1-2 business days. We use USPS or UPS for shipments within the continental United States. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

International Orders
International orders are processed through our customer service team. Please note that all customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Final shipping costs will be calculated on an order-by-order basis, and we reserve the right to determine the final shipping method and charges.
