All items purchased from Battle Lax and Battle Lax Team Stores are covered by either a limited warranty or a manufacturer warranty. Please note that cash refunds are not available for any items covered under these warranties.

Battle Lax Team Stores Limited Warranty
All products purchased from a Battle Lax Team Store are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Any damage caused by improper use, negligence, misuse, abuse, transportation, acts of nature, or accidents is not covered.

• Custom Orders: Custom items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly made. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged. For warranty inquiries related to Team Store purchases, please reach out to teamquestions@battlelax.com.

Manufacturer Warranty for Battle Lax Products
Battle Lax works directly with manufacturers to handle all warranty-related issues. If the product you purchased is defective or breaks, you must contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. As long as the product is under warranty, the manufacturer will provide an exchange. Please retain your original receipt, as most manufacturers require it to process a claim.

• Important: Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. This warranty applies to items such as heads, shafts, and pads. Battle Lax is not responsible for processing these warranty claims.
• Exchanges: No exchanges or product swaps are allowed under the manufacturer's warranty. If you request a warranty claim, the item must be replaced by the manufacturer.
• Closeout and Discounted Items: Products purchased during closeout sales or special promotions are not covered under warranty and are typically ineligible for replacement.
